Ozioma is the North American lead for CULTURA, a practice across RAPP's global network that uncovers insights, fuels innovation and creates intellectual property that exists at the intersection of technology, brand strategy and overarching cultural shifts. Ozioma has spent a great deal of her personal time and professional career traveling around the world hunting for the latest cultural shift or ground-breaking insight to move clients business forward.   In a variety of roles, Ozioma has solved complex production, strategic and creative problems for diverse clients such as Walmart, General Mills, Verizon, Proctor and Gamble, and J.C. Penney. Specializing in Cultural Strategy & Innovation, Ozioma helped pioneer the emerging discipline of Cultural Strategy at GLOBALHUE, where she lead a team of strategists and trends analysts in the development of culturally relevant brand strategies. Ozioma has written for numerous publications, featured as a guest lecturer at Columbia University, and was an Adjunct Professor for Marymount College of Fordham University’s Theatre & Media program. As a respected member of the Creative/Cultural Intelligence community, she has participated in, as well as orchestrated a number of collaborative projects in NY and her former cultural-base in Detroit, Michigan.   Ozioma is the founder of BurnBright Lifeworks, an evolutionary paradigm, which seeks to ignite human potential through personal development.
